LG G Flex 2 Release Dates Confirmed

LG G Flex 2The LG G Flex 2 global rollout will begin in March, LG announced today. The G Flex 2 is the first smartphone to come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor. It is the second flexible phone to come out of LG’s factories, being preceded by the original G Flex last year.

The LG G Flex 2 specs make it the one of the best smartphones in the world right now. Its main features include a curved display, a flexible body, and a self-healing back cover that LG has particularly enjoyed showing off. Apart from that, the LG G Flex 2 also comes with an octa-core 64 bit processor in the form of the Snapdragon 810. It’s the first phone to use Qualcomm’s latest flagship processor.

  • 3000 mAh battery with Qualcomm’s Fast Charging built-in
The LG G Flex 2 is already available in LG’s home country, South Korea. News trickled out last week that Sprint will be carrying the G Flex 2 from March 13th. Other carriers will be getting the phone in a few weeks. LG has announced that AT&T and US Cellular will have the G Flex 2 in the weeks after the conclusion of the Mobile World Congress.

The G Flex 2 will also be available elsewhere a few weeks after the conclusion of the Mobile World Congress. Markets like the UK, France, Germany, Hong Kong, and Singapore will be among the first ones to receive the curved smartphone. The G Flex 2 price has not been revealed yet, but we should know soon.
